Here we are inspired daily by traditional mountain products and ways of cooking, always selecting top quality products for our kitchen. We are passionate about sausages, pork, potted food and products that have grown in the mountains since time immemorial, such as mushrooms or asparagus. But we also let ourselves be taken on a journey through the cuisine of other regions of our country, including oven-roasted cod, fresh fish from the Algarve coast, octopus and the unmissable tuna belly.
