Reservation Policies

Cancellation and Reservations:

FREE Rate

high season

Cancellation: From 06/06/2022 to 30/09/2022 and from 06/06/2023 to 30/09/2023 cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 3 days before the arrival date. Reschedulable up to 3 days before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge 30% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

Payment: To guarantee the reservation, regardless of the season, the hotel will request a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation, through a secure Reduniq link, bank transfer or MBWay. Payment details will be sent by the hotel. The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid at the hotel upon check-in.

Low season

Cancellation: From 1/10/2022 to 05/06/2023 and from 1/10/2023 to 31/12/2023 cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 1 day before the arrival date. Reschedulable up to 1 day before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge 30% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

SMART

high season

Cancellation: Non-refundable rate. From 06/06/2022 to 09/30/2022 and from 06/06/2023 to 09/30/2023 reschedulable up to 3 days before the arrival date, being allowed to use the amount paid previously in the rebooking, and it may be necessary to make the payment of the remainder of the fee applied on the date of rebooking. The amount of the reservation will not be refunded in case of cancellation or modification.

Payment: The hotel will request payment of the total amount of the reservation, through a secure Reduniq link, bank transfer or MBWay, at the time of booking. Payment details will be sent by the hotel.
