What are the opening hours for the reservation office?
Reservations are open from 9am – 6pm daily

Do I need to secure my reservation and how do I proceed?
Yes, your credit card details (number, expiration date and 3-digit security code) will be requested in order to secure the reservation. If you do not have a credit card, you will be asked to prepay a deposit defined by our reservation office and according to season.

What are your room types and the differences between them?
Patio Suite: Up To 3 Adults or 2 Adults & 2 Children. 1 King Size Bed or Twin & Sofa Bed. Patio View

Panoramic Suite: Up To 3 Adults or 2 Adults & 2 Children. 1 King Size Bed or Twin & Sofa Bed. Mountain View

Can I make changes to my booking?
If you have any questions regarding your bookings, amendments or cancellations please contact our Reservation office.

What are my travel options from the airport to the resort?
We can arrange a private transfer directly to the Hotel from Faro International Airport or help you rent a car. Kindly contact our reservations office for more information.

Does the hotel provide special rates, packages, promotions or offers?
Yes, our reservation team will be happy to arrange any of our offers for your stay

Does the hotel offer wheelchair/accessible rooms?
Yes, we have wheelchair/accessible rooms. Kindly contact our reservation office directly to make special arrangements for your stay.

Which payment methods does the hotel accept?
The hotel accepts cash and all major credit cards, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron. Please note that payments done through paychecks are not valid.

Where can I rent a car?
You may either rent through our reservation office before arrival or directly at the reception upon arrival at the resort.

Do you supply cots or high chairs?
To guarantee availability we ask that guests pre-order any cots or high chairs they require when booking. Requests for additional equipment once guests have arrived will be subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Is smoking/vaping permitted?
Smoking or vaping is prohibited in suits and enclosed public spaces. Ash trays may be provided upon request for external or balcony areas. Kindly observe smoking signs and only smoke in permitted designated areas

Are bedlinen and towels provided?
We provide all linen and towels for your accommodation

Are there robes in the rooms?
All our suites are equipped with complimentary robes for our guests

Is there an iron and ironing board in the suite?
We do not provide irons or ironing boards. Laundry service is available and you may find the list as well as laundry bag inside the room.

What is check in and check out time?
Check in is from 3pm and check out is until noon (12h00).

Where can I store my luggage?
Reception has a luggage room should you need to store your luggage.

Is it possible to extend the check out time?
It is subject to availability and can be requested at reception the day before your departure

Until what time is reception available?
Reception is available 24hours every day

Are you a pet friendly resort?
Yes, we allowed. Pets should not exceed 25kg (55 lbs) with the exception of guide dogs. Only dogs and cats are allowed as pets and no other animals will be accepted.  Additional daily fee will be applied.

Do I have full use of the leisure facilities at the resort?
During your stay you have full use of the outdoor swimming pools and gym. The indoor pool, steam rooms and saunas are part of the Sensorial Spa which has a separate entry fee.

What are the parking options at the hotel?
The hotel features an underground garage at no additional charge for hotel guests.

Is it possible to reserve a parking space?
There is no need for pre-booking

Do you have a pool(s) at the resort?
We have one indoor heated pool located in our Sensorial Spa with hydro massage, a main outdoor pool with waterfall feature and our family pool located in block C.

Do you provide pool towels around the pool?
Yes, we provide towels in the pool area and it is a free service to all of our Guests.

Is there a safe in the room and what is the cost?
All our rooms are equipped with a safe at no additional charge for hotel guests

Do you have a fitness centre? If so, what kind of equipment does it have?
Yes, we have a gym which is fully equipped with 2 x Treadmills, 2 x Ellipticals, 2 x Bicycles, 2 x Kinesis, 1 x Trampoline, 1 x Vibroplate, selection of dumbbells  TRX.  The gym is open 24 hours and is without supervision unless with a booked Personal Trainer.

What is the nearest train station to the resort?
The nearest station is in Portimão located approximately 22 min (17,4km) away

Is there access to public transport nearby?
There is a bus stop right outside the resort which allows you to easily get to both the local village of Monchique as well as to nearby town of Portimão. The bus schedule is always available at Reception.

How far is the beach?
We have a few. Praia da Rocha is aprox. 27min (22km) drive. Alvor is aprox. 29min (25,4km) drive which is the closest beautiful beach. Similarly Lagos is aprox. 33min (34,9km) drive.

Do you provide adapters?
Yes, adapters are available at reception subject to availability. You may leave your equipment to charge at the front desk should one not be available.

Is it possible to rent a smartphone charger in case I forget to bring it with me?
We do not rent chargers. Please contact reception so we may charge it for you.

What is the breakfast price, in case it is not included in the room rate?
Most of our room rates already include breakfast, however should you wish to purchase breakfast alone, the price is 20€ per adult.

Do you have free internet in the hotel?
Our guests have free access to Wi-Fi throughout the resort.

What are the dining options in the hotel?
We have 3 restaurants and 2 bars with light snacks which operate seasonally. Please view our website for further details.

Do you have Walking tours from the hotel?
Yes, we offer free guided walking tours to our Hotel Guests to the nearby village of Caldas de Monchique as well as a longer walk to the heart of the Monchique Village where you can taste a traditional Monchique drink and pastries (small charge applies). Please contact our leisure team for a guided map if you prefer to discover the route by yourself.

Is your Spa suitable for children?
Our Spa only accepts children from 16 years of age.
